2. 미끄럼 방지 설치 조건(Anti-slip Installation conditions)

 가. A&B동: 기존 바닥 제거(Blk A&B Removal Current all corridors floor)

 나. A&B동: 1층~3층 복도 미끄럼 방지 설치(1st to 3rd floor Anti-slip Installation)

3. 기초 금액(Budget Amount): S$35,000(GST 9% Including)

4. 입찰 참가 자격(Participation Eligibility)

 가. 미끄럼 방지 전문 자격을 보유한 사업체를 운영하고 있는 회사(A company that operates a business with Anti-slip Installation service)

5. 입찰 방식 및 계약업체 결정(Bidding method and contractor selection)

 가. 입찰 방식(Bidding method) : 경쟁 입찰(Competitive bid)

 나. 계약업체 결정(Contractor): 기술능력평가(70점) + 가격평가(30점) 합산 점수 중 최고점수 업체와 협상에 의한 계약 체결 진행

      Technical ability evaluation(70 points) + price evaluation(30 points) Negotiation to conclude a contract with the company

      with the highest score among the total score

      ※ 단, 기술능력평가 점수의 합이 85% 미만인 응찰자는 협상대상에서 제외

          However, bidders whose total technical capability evaluation score is less than 85% are excluded from negotiation.

                              다. 우선 협상대상자로 선정된 업체는 학교와 용역과 관련된 사업내용, 이행방법, 이행일정 등 입찰시 제출한 제안서 내용에 대해 대면으로 협상을 실시하여야 하고,

                                    그 내용의 일부를 조정할 수 있으며, 쌍방이 합의하여 조건으로 계약서를 체결

          First, the company selected as the negotiation partner will provide the school with the business details, implementation method,

          implementation schedule, etc. Face-to-face negotiations must be conducted on the contents of the proposal submitted during the bid,
